When will my TOP NOTCH purchase arrive?

Our delivery process…

Top Notch Signs & Graphics Ltd uses DHL for deliveries. When your order is complete, your package will be collected at the end of the day, on a NEXT DAY delivery service. If collected by DHL on a Friday, delivery will be Monday.

Once your parcel has been collected from us, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number and expected delivery date and time. Online tracking is available and is the fastest and easiest way to find out where your parcel is, offering real time details of your package’s progress.

If there is no one available to accept delivery of the parcel, DHL will leave a calling card at the address informing you that they tried to deliver a parcel. You can either collect the parcel from their local DHL Service Point or arrange another delivery. If you arrange another delivery, this can be to an alternative address.

For chevron kits, we offer FREE 2-3 day delivery. Should you need your kits quicker, you can opt for NEXT DAY delivery. Order before 12pm and you’ll receive your kit next day (weekdays only). At ALL ABOUT CHEVRONS we pride ourselves on offering the best service from order to delivery.

In the rare event that your package does not arrive, please email our team with details of your order and tracking number and we will look into the matter and get back to you timeously.
